In 2009, J-Tech introduced a National Service Call Centre. This is the first port of call for all service and machinery inquiries. The goal is to reduce equipment downtime for customer through phone service support. Where machinery issues cannot be resolved over the phone our experienced Service Technician will schedule an onsite visit.
J-Tech’s commitment to service means our technician’s regularly receive factory training from our International partners.
J-Tech offers customers piece of mind through the availability of service maintenance contracts.
