SUNKIST SOFT TOUCH PATTERN PACKERS
The Soft Touch Pattern Packer can uniformly pack the fruit into the Pattern Formers (1) above, and then a Soft Touch Head (2) picks up the fruit in a pattern, and packs them into the open carton (3).
 The Soft Touch Pattern Packer can uniformly pack in excess of 200 cartons per hour with one machine operator.
The Soft Touch Pattern Packer packs Oranges, Tangerines, Lemons and Grapefruit.
It can pack a wide range of fruit sizes and layer counts.
A variety of fruit accumulation systems work with the Soft Touch pack machine.
Change over from one size or pattern to another can be accomplished in a matter of minutes.
The J-Tech Systems service team of engineers are fully trained to service Sunkist equipment and carry a comprehensive range of spare parts.
