Welcome to our new print production manager Ross Craig. Ross was already well known to the J-Tech team as he was the Print Production Manager at our sister company Freshpac in Tauranga, New Zealand, part of the Jenkins Group.

Ross joins J-Tech with an enviable list of accolades behind him – he is the winner of the New Zealand Top Trainer of the Year Award for 2019, a prestigious award that covers the entire printing industry in New Zealand. He also won the print management diploma of the year in 2018 and has been awarded the Parkinson Trophy for the Employee of the Year at Jenkins Group.

Ross began his career at Jenkins as an apprentice back in January 2000 and received his trade certificate in November 2003. He’s been a really valuable member of the Jenkins team in New Zealand for many years and is a great addition to our team here in Australia.

He’s been to J-Tech several times over recent years and has helped us out with printing issues during those visits, but was excited to move here permanently with his wife Hanh Tran and young family and starting their new life with us ‘across the ditch’.
